Also another question: seeing this file, ¿what is the difference between these and system/towninfo.lub?

System/Towninfo.lub is where you can place some icons in your map/mini map like for example: Tool Dealer, Weapon Dealer, Armor Dealer, Smith, Guide, Inn and Kafra Employee. As for the luafiles514/lua files/signboardlist.lub that was just an alternative pub similar to adding waitingroom script on your NPC.
