AfrielRO is a new low rate pre-renewal server that thrives to offer its players a classic yet new and exciting experience.

Right now the Afriel is in the creation process and the official opening date is set to 30/11/2019.

Our mentality is really focused on offering a place where veterans and newcomers are gonna enjoy Ragnarok Online the way it should. Every content we implement & create is modified to be as stable and balanced to the max.

We offer an anti P2W environnement, which means we only offer costumes in our Cash Shop. The reason is simple, the whole staff at Afriel is still very passionate by this game and we simply want to share this with all of our players.

Players are still gonna be able to acquire cool consumables and other interesting items with Poring Coins for example (Event Currency). But what matters most to us is that everyone will have the chance to participate and obtain the items they wish for without spending any real money.

This server is just copy-pasted Aspect. Aspect failed less than 4 months ago because the admins Sirique/BFPkiller are lazy, inexperienced, and because they gave up on it entirely after only a few months. I helped test Afriel for them and shared criticisms with them on their forum and discord; the admins opted to delete my posts instead of addressing my concerns.

Afriel probably won't be up long enough to even get a single episodic content update, given the admins track record with Aspect. I would strongly suggest avoiding this server if it ever launches.

AspectRO was lacking indeed, it was one of our first experience as a team. We rushed the release, now everyone can bear witness that we're taking our time to make sure the release go as planned. We added way more content and the process is going very well.

Kazami is mad because I had planned to start the server with episode 11.3, but my partner and I came to conclusion we could start at episode 11.2 to have more episodic content to release later on. We got to talk while we've been working on our project and way before the release (Over one month) we transitioned to 11.3. Some players suggested it, but I had this idea myself since the beginning.

So Kazami became super furious just because of that?! Which is pretty rash and sad because we always appreciated her/his help and we were always super kind, like we are with all of our players. 

This decision has absolutely no effect on the creation process, on the contrary, it will accelerate it. Our Beta hasn't even occur yet, so really, it doesn't affect anyone. 


Edit: I edited my post because I said things that maybe were unfair towards Kazami, but still, I would've prefered that he/she came to us instead of just starting to write things like that here and on our forum.

I'm open to discussion and I wouldn't even mind to let him come back if at least he/she could answer to the 2 messages I sent him/her.

I’m an honest person and I won’t let someone try to make my team look bad for no reasons without any actual fact. 

I would be pleased to discuss with anyone having any concern about this situation which is really getting out of nowhere. The posts on our forum show how close we were working with Kazami. 

Sadly things took suddenly a very weird turn. We’ll just continue our work and put this whole situation behind us.

No one should listen to the words of someone who we respected all along and decide to ruin something honest people have been working on. This kind of people are ruining the private server community by trying to destroy hard working people like ourselves for somekind of personal vendetta that makes no sense. We never even had an argument, all this situation shouldn't even happen. I consider you an awful person for trying to discourage a staff that is working for the love of the game and have no purpose in actually making money with this project. You should be ashamed.

I joined Afriel with my friend Kazami and we did lots of testing together to help the server get ready for launch. Sirique IP-banned me from the forums because of my association to Kazami, even though I didn't do anything wrong.

I tried to contact you on discord, but I can't even message you. We did that just in case Kazami use your account like she/he did before. We would gladly discuss with you to make sure everything is fine since you left our discord page without saying anything, it was clear to us that you decided to leave as well.

The server just closed for whatever reason. It shows that the admins here don't care about players who spent some time leveling and hunting items/cards. Beware of the owners of this server. I think they are going to start a new server.
