Client too small

I downloaded openSetup but still my client is 640x320.

Anyhelp?

Yup running as admin still getting the problem.
Whenever I start it gives me an error too.

I copied one from savedata folder but I still get the error.

Is there a release of the LuaFiles514 somewhere?
