The xray client project was discontinued in October of 2010. If you want something newer youll have to use a regular client.

okay sir..but if i want add custom item..what ragexe i need to choose and can u teach me how to setting up ragexe client depend what version i got..sorry for many problem

you could use 2013-12-23 ragexe on 3ceam. It's stable and you can add custom items there (client and related lua-files can be found on herc and rAthena forums).
