hello , I 've seen on some items 3D servers and never found something to implement in my server , anyone know how I can add ?

Items cannot be 3d, items are sprite based, whereas monsters/npc could be 3d..

I think he may be talking about Costume Headgears with special effect, like C_MoonStar_Accessory or C_World_Star.
