Why is that I can't change my resolution even if I change it in the set up?

If I diff my exe without "read data folder first" the text is going to be korean not english anymore, and also if I log in its says that use is offline (.5011) how to fix these problems?

few things you can try, run the setup as admin, delete the savedata folder, and try to run the setup as admin, and see if that does it

im using XP do i have to run it as admin? or just leave it and follow the 2nd step?
