Not really, if you have custom packet keys, I guess 99% botter will be vanished, because they are noob enough to have knowledge to find and edit to those packet keys, and having encryption means no wpe and rpe, but you will be subjected to cheats like macro and like that stuff.So basically, all servers are vulnerable right?

Pretty much. There is practically nothing that protects clients and their GRFs. I've seen one software that tried to protect a client's GRF but it seemed to have failed.Client-wise protection, there is nothing available, other than some make it yourself.
