Account Registration Required Admin Approval

Good day Herc,

Wanted to know if there's a way when player registered new account instead of e-mail verification sent to them, it will be sent to us admin for us admin to decide if let that player join the server.

this is just to minimize player registration.

In FluxCP I'm pretty sure you can choose whether to manually validate registered accounts.
