After-skill delay - Renewal server.

Hello sirs and ladies,

I've fiddled around but to no success. Skill.conf, battle.conf, etc and nothing works.

Is there a way to use pre-renewal skill mechanics on a renewal server??

Aka: No skill cast time on 150 dex i.e. (which also doesnt work) and also remove the After-cast skill delay (Kiel-D card thing)

These are my settings for the skill cast time, they also dont work

• // At what dex does the cast time become zero (instant cast)?
  
• castrate_dex_scale: 1
  
• // How much (dex*2+int) does variable cast turns zero?
  
• vcast_stat_scale: 1
