Introduction:
Gold Ragnarok Online is a classic server (in all means) which will be reviving and will bring you the feeling and experience of the old times of Ragnarok Online. It's designed to maintain fun and challenging experience with long terms server stability (we hope).

Staffing:
Currently we need people who are willing to push the server progress forward. During testing stage we will have chance to know each other and confirming your commitments and loyalty. We are in need for random roles experience to advice for the good in his/her area, report bugs/issues if noticed, and test the server. On the other hand, if you have a specific role, please let me know.

Server Rules:

  • (First Rule)   Respect is number 1 beyond everything! Other rules come later. So if you are genius and you have no respect to others, please don't apply.
  • (Last Rule)   The server is purely classic, so please don’t propose any deviation from the goals. suggestions might be considered if it will help the server to be progressed.

How you get paid?

  • For paid service in USD (via paypal):Hiring period is temporary and for short term.
  • For core stuff paid in USD (via paypal):Hiring period will be for long term, those people are our server core stuff, and they will be given a permanent exclusive in-game items + % from donations (percentage of donations will be decided from the work load and type of the work you are providing).

Why Gold Ragnarok Online server is special or different from other classic servers that already online and stable?

  • Our server will give player the challenging atmosphere and a great experience.
  • A lot of prizes from donations will be given and transferred to players via PayPal to the players who completed their leveling challenge or win thier challenging battles (leaders of guilds or leaders of parties) in (WOE & PVP).
  • All Databases will be backup on daily basis to protect players database, and to rollback in case the server is out of control.
  • A lot of creative ideas will be implemented to enhance the experience on playing this server.

  • Type: Pre-Transcendent (2-1 Job Class, and 2-2 Job Class)
  • Language: English and might be translated to other languages (it depends)
  • Emulator: Hercules
  • Vote 4 Points: Available

Recruitment

Sub Admin (1/2)

  • Able to act as server owner when it need to take a decision.
  • Good understanding on server emulator, fixing bugs, and reading scripts & codes.
  • Transfer prizes via PayPal to the people who win their challenges (real time).
  • Being able to do a maintenance once a week, or on time when it needed.
  • Securing server database backups on daily basis.
  • Daily monitor server database in case of corruption.
  • Report activity of staff for fair payments.
  • Able to create/fix scripts. Mainly the server will use the basic scripts.

 Support & Enforcement (0/4)

  • Fair player support, no special players.
  • Giving fair punishments when it have been decided, and to be able to use internal guard.

Event Game Master (1/2)

  • Able to plan events
  • Able to give a fair prices
  • Able to execute events

Forum Moderator (0/2)

  • Able to moderate our forum
  • Able to set up forum rules 
  • Able to give fair punishments

Advertiser (0/2)

  • Able to advertise for our server and bring showcases to others. 
  • Able to answer questions regarding our server.

Updates:

  • I have updated the main post with more details on the project.
  • Currently we are trying to find stuff for our server, to start our testing stage.
  • A new developer have joined the group, so i think the slots are full till confirming the dedication.
  • You are most than welcome to join our humble server.

  • We are still recruiting stuff.
  • We have removed internal guard due to some issue, we might consider anti-hack system on later stages.
  • We have moved to new hosting.

 
Hello Everyone,

I need to hire (1) professional developer (full time), to help me launch my server and the payment will be on monthly basis. After Launching, payment will be done from donation if we reach on agreement.

Things need to be done:

  • finalize client.
  • finalize lite & full client.
  • finalize website.
  • finalize patcher.
  • grf security.
  • game test.
