Anyone know how to enable double quotation marks for commands?

Hi guys, I noticed that double quotation does not work anymore so it's impossible to use #charcommands on players that has spaces in their names.  Anyone know how to enable this?  Would appreciate the help.

For info, my client is 2015-11-04 and I have Gepard shield 3.0 enabled.

Sorry, the double quotes work perfectly for me ... I Use updated Hercules.

Weird, maybe because it has special characters.

does it work for you on player names without special character? Can you give an example on which name it doesn't work? Which langtype are you using?
