Base Level and Job Level won't increase

For some reason with 3rd jobs on my server the base level and job level of third job characters does not go above 175 and 61. I've changed mmo.h, max level in client.conf and edited the values in exp.db. Anyone know what could be causing this?

have you recompiled your server after changing mmo.h? is there any error in console?

Yeah I've recompiled, restarted, reloaded the databases. There's no errors or anything. The progress bar just disappears. This only happens for third job characters. I can adjust the characters level to max I've set but they can't reach max job or base level by just leveling.

I tested here, base level is ok, but job level is stopping in 61.
But if you use '@joblvup 1' to get 62 and get some exp, It works again.
It I really don't know how fix, but I'll try.
