I have some players get black screen expat the corner 

they get the problem after update client from 2013 to 2017

I let them download

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1
  
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
  
• DirectX 
  
• change resolution
  
• download it aging
  
• update graphic driver
  

do you have any more idea ?
