Buy item and View Item issue

Hi everyone. 

Can anyone help me in this kind of issue. When I put an item in the Purchase Item I cant view the details of the items (all items) but if there is no item in purchase Item I can see the details of the items. Can anyone know how to fix this?

actually there is no error the item information is only empty once theres an item in the website shop. but if there is none, the item information of all items are appearing.

Screenshot will be appreciated, since I am not able to understand what exactly you mean

 
And also Ive noticed I can;t delete the item in Item shop shop. Its not giving any error.
