Calling NPC for multiple users on server.

I want call a NPC that says to the users that they are invited to  PVP.

Example:
It displays a message saying

Hi USERNAME
You are invited to PVP 
Do you want to go?
Menu.---> YES : NO

just use this awesome scriptcommand by annie and it would be possible (it is possible with SQL also but whatever) 

the script part is very simple since there are samples on the topic, but if you have any question just post here
