Cannot Attack and Base Level Bug

Title Says it all. 

I spawned poring but I cannot attack with any skill. I'm using latest rathena and 2015 client. I even cant attack a person even with @pvpon 

Base level is bugged for me. I changed from src/common/map.hppView attachment 21288

battle.conf View attachment 21289

and db/import/job_exp.txt View attachment 21290

hi, 
i had this issue back years ago, it has something to do with exp or atcommand i don't really remember.
have you check for map-server error / warning message during startup of your server?
