Changing Matk "+" to "~"

How to change the + sign to ~

like old client:

Wouldn't "~" mean 21 through 26? Probably confuse new players to RO.

EDIT: Yes this is possible via hexing

Its how it was before renewal came to exist when the MATK was random between min and max. Kinda like this idea.
