Clearance not working on enemies.

Greetings,

So I tried this on the latest revision and it seems that clearance cannot be casted on enemies even if I changed the skill properties.

Anyone else having this problem or is it normal/changed like that?

The skill is only castable on mobs, not enemy players in PvP.

Alright, that sucks. I wanted it to work for players. Seems like its a source modification then.
