Client 2013 Stable?

I know there are numerous threads, but there are also numerous pages and my question is very simple. 
 
Which version 2013 is the most stable? How can I get the supported folders?

2013-12-23 have a problem with the job mounts when you use reins of mount.

2013-08-07 have a problem of compatibility with some OS, i tested this exe in 100 computers and it only works on 40.
