I don't understand a thing, what's the difference of ragexe to ragexere?After i diffed those clients what should i do next? -.- Im a new born here. Sorry for noobidity.

The main difference is that ragexe has the cash shop icon obviously, and you will also have accesss to latest sprites and skills if you use the 2013 clients. 

RagexeRE can't be used for the later dates since it uses a different compiler version I believe. So if you want the latest and greatest then ragexe would be your choice

why when i diffed a 2013 ragexe, when i run it this error prompt

usually means the client hasn't been diffed correctly and the offset is wrong
