Ok, this is bout regarding clientinfo.xml.

is there a way to use /showanme or Ctrl # = flags withought using the <langtype>0</langtype> i know it does not work with iRO since they use <langtype>1</langtype> any other way?

 
I think a client tweaking can do the trick..

ask for client diff expert...

I'm no expert but I haven't seen that specific diff in quite some time anymore, I think it's become a default thing to be added. Tested the 2011-11-22 exe just now with Shin's Diff Patcher using WeeDiffGenerator v1.0.2 and it doesn't show the /showname diff, I remember it used to in older versions.
