1. My rAthena related skills
My experience with eAthena and rAthena reach over about eight years now. I have had my own server called Seventh Sanctum (a role play gaming server with large custom content). I can guarantee that I am an expert at all rAthena related areas including both scripting and source coding.
Apart from my rAthena related skills, I am skilled in C++ and PHP.
2. My team leadership policy
If you are looking for a challenge to enfold your skills while requiring an understanding and open minded working atmosphere where everyone is appreciated and credited, then this project is the right one for you.
I am a very understanding and empathic person and I have great skills in solving interpersonal problems. Furthermore, I can not only deal with criticism, but also think of it as a great chance to improve myself.
Since intentions are that everyone is respected and valued, I will frequently spend as much time as needed to communicate with my team to make sure everyone's opinion is considered and everyone is content with the future situations.
I will not only lead the server from the development view, but also ensure that our team is working smoothly from the social view.
3. Information on the project
The concept of my server will follow its name.
I will divide the content into three areas which are completely independent from each other: PvP, PvE and Classic.
The players will be able to choose their desired combination of which areas they would like to play in.
All areas include competition orienated gameplay with public ranking lists.
The PvP system will contain custom battlegrounds and custom arenas. Both features will be available randomly or organised. Competitions will not only include winning against other teams, but also winning in a specific, tactical way.
For the PvE system, I have similiar plans, yet instead of fighting directly against other players, you will be given the opportunity to compete with other players on time based speed runs including, but not limited to, real time in custom dungeons. Like in the other areas, there will be a ranking system.
Because there are also people who would still like to play the classic Ragnarok Online, my server will also be offering content for this area. There will be competitions like "be the fastest player to bring your character to leve 50" where the played time is compared to other players again in public ranking lists.
These are only some rough ideas of the server concept. I can assure that our concept will be unique, innovative and a challenge for the players.

The In-Game Designers create loading screens, skins and collection images.

[*]Spriting Designer
The Spriting Designers bring custom sprites to Competition RO.

The Web Designers create designs for Competition RO's website and its board.

[*]English Texter
The English Texters keep the English Texts of Competition RO correct.
Free positions: 4.
[*]German Texter
The German Texters translate the original English texts of Competition RO to the German language and keeping the current German texts correct.

The Filipino Texters translate the original English texts of Competition RO to the Filipino language and keeping the current Filipino texts correct.
