guys whose from the Philippines, Manila in here that can create me the following:

> Ragnarok forum

> Ragnarok  Website

> Ragnarok Control Panel in which a Control Panel that can control the Ragnarok In game like for example, if you click the the button in CP to kick the player through the CP, the player in game will be kicked out in the server. (Is that even possible? If yes who can create me one?)

If there is who can make me the following above kindly pm. Lets talk about the price and FYI I already have a sample of CP but its not yet done and its not even secured yet cause Im not that good in creating a website especially a Control Panel. You can make my Control Panel as your sketch if you'd like to.
