create file .STR and .TGA???

hello guys!
 
the effects of files in the data folder are TGA and STR, right?
 
does anyone know how to create .STR and .tga files ???
 
is there any program for that? (serving the purpose for which is the ragnarok)

that wont help with STR files

. As far as i know there is no editor currently available for making STR files

Isn't ROStrViewer just for viewing str files & not editing . Correct me if i am wrong

yep its possible..you can edit/replace the frames...

Sadly the program is aged and a bunch of newer STR's are not compatible with the program. It also doesn't support certain features needed for certain STR functions and there's no documentation as far as I know.
