How to enable flag emoticons ? .. i tried to search but there's no clear answer to this i only got that the problem is in the client or i need to diff it 

 
use langtype 7 for Philippine Flag
default_biggrin.png

I saw that one but doesn't work .. when i tried to login i always get incorrect password I also tried to use langtype 8 i got login but no still no flags.
