disable accinfo

Hello I wanted to add new group like GM level 95,

With all command except accinfo, how will I disable accinfo to this group?
I did try accinfo: false . but it says "non-existent permission name "accinfo" what should be the right word? thank you!

I did add it to command , but still they can do @accinfo , btw if i add new GM group number should i just ./configure it? or also do make sql or make all?

you editing groups.conf. This is configuration file and not source code.

This mean dont need run make or configure.

Need only restart server or run @reloadatcommand
