Disabling Guild Investment

Hello everyone, I wanna disable Guild Investment in my server's first WoE and the following WoEs because there are only 8 guilds competing. How do i disable it?

Edit npc/guild /agit_template.txt (or its npc/guild2 counterpart) on the guild steward template to disable that, then reload the scripts.

I can't see the agit_template file

search npc/guild/agit_main.txt for basic castle, and npc/guild2/agit_main.txt for new castle and disable/delete all the investment.
