just for temporary so you wont get error in your map server everytime you use rebellion skills. and you  will be able to hit the monster with your rebellion skill

Sigh, if only, feels like waiting for Duke Nukem Forever.

If there's any free dev power that can add the skills, I have close to all of their skills coded in my project. Should be easy to merge into Herc.
