If the packet is so well modified in the bot application, then Yes.just thinking if bot application has an option to send last mac?
and if they have knowledge to modify the bot program(as pf sending mac address,) they can even send fake mac address.

IP and Macmcan be changed without vmware too..Its no need to use bot, if u r vmware player ,u can easily bypass the ip and mac adress checking

I havent used bots from year or so, so dont know if they have it by default or not.
