Does hercules supports ep14.3 PII mobs/NPCs?

I am lost with last official updates, but I think that news mobs/NPC with ID > 10000 are not supported right now by Hercules (nor rAthena). This should be a priority.

Yea 14.2 i think its the last i am Adding all the 14.3 manualy atm. got most of it already
