Dragon Breath Damage Issue

Hello I am still confuse, anyone know why my Dragon Breath Damage reduces if u are not in the PVP?


Like for example

I will use it in Prontera (towns) it will only deal 22K damage while if I am gong to use it in the PVP ROOM/Fields it will deal the normal damage. like 50-100K..



any of you have an Idea?

Fixed.

I turned off the PK mode in my server and it fixes the problem.
