Editing packet keys client side

So, these are the packet keys for 2012-04-10 in packets.h

Pretty easy to change, but, how to find and edit them in the client with an hex editor?

you don't need to edit anything in client for default packet keys. just make sure u have not enabled *disable packet encryption* patch.
