When there's update to server side (SRC) folder, you also need to recompile the plugin, to make it sync with updates.
In short:

Recompile plugin and it will work.

but, how I can compile only the plugin? ....

In visual studio,

Right click the plugin.

Let's say autoattack.

So right click autoattack project(from the left side where there are projects named map-server and all)

And click rebuild(or build) whichever option is there.

At last I got it, guys this is the solution ...
 
If you used BV C++ 2010 --> in .. the option,  toolkit platform : change v110 to v100 and generate again.
