Error to create character and try to enter the server

hi friends to Hercules comunity, im a new here ill be chanched the rathena for hercules, i have my hercules compiled in windows7 the data base create and configurated too,, all the things working but to the launch my client with date 2015-10-29 , to try the create my first character and logged ,, i have a window to say disconnect from server and one error in the charserver window of hercules emulator
