error when trying to turn an offline server into a LAN server. I am very poorly versed in SQL and the structure of ragnarok in general. Please help

if possible, I ask for help in redesigning the server to LAN as well

I'm really bad at understanding all of this and I'm having a hard time finding information about it on the internet

It's an offline server, right? Why you dont use 127.0.0.1 IP?

Or the server stay in LAN another PC? This case you have a network problem. If internal IP is right, so you need investigate network port and other possible problems with your network comunication.
