how to execute changes on db folders?

As I understand your question, you just need to restart everything (Char, Login, Map server) to make changes. There's no command for reloading the database, you just need to restart your server.

Indeed there are commands.Like @reloadpcdb -reloads job_db,etc...

@reloaditemdb - reloads item_db/2

@reloadmobdb - reloads mob_db/2

I'm sorry but I didn't notice about the item database. I am thinking about the other files in database (which is need to restart to make changes).
