Also I know just a little of PfSense Firewall(FreeBSD based O.S).
Before you asking for some service, make sure that you have all specifications that you want.

Things that can raise the price:
Source Modifications, MySQL connections,lead time, complexibility, size and exclusivity.
If you want a exclusive system for your project it will be a little more expensive.
Convert from a emulator to another(First buy): Starting at 3$
Set up and emulator in VPS(NOT ragnarok hosting)Starting at 7$(First buy)
Price can raise by lead time and complexibility.

Just a little of things can raise the price, like, you have done too much modifications in the source of your emulator, especificy things which you need and the hosting company don't provde.
Make a client for you that means .GRF+Hexed+Auto Patch(First buy):Starting at 12$
This price is including update data folder, setup auto patch (I'wont provide FTP for auto patch), and hexing.
In this price is NOT including artworks, is better you have already done it.
Price can be raise by complexibility and lead time.
