Few skills aren't working.

So im wondering if these skills are "re-balanced" in kRO
 

Gloomy Day / Gloomy Shyness isn't working with Hundred Speaar
Lex Aeterna is not working on MvPs (With Acid Demonstration)

Increase the damage of Brandish Spear, Clashing Spiral, Shield Boomerang, Rapid Smite, and Shield Press. The target receives a flee rate and attack speed penalty. Requires an instrument or whip to cast.

Does Gloom Day just woking with job 2 skill ?

ohh, typo, Works with Hundred Spear, But it doesnt work for Clashing Spiral.
