Fixing broken hair dye in client

I have a issue where half my hair styles won't change color when creating new characters and using hair dye in game doesn't work for said hairstyles. Is there way to fix the original 27 hairstyles to work normally?

I did... The nemo patcher seems to produce "Not enough free space" errors on vital options like Enable Multiple GRFs. I would love it if it was that easy.

I need something that is comparable to this:

But without the 64k hair option. Any time I try to recreate that client, I run into the above error on needed patches.

Apparently the ragexe.exe that came with my client was all jacked up and wouldn't work with the patches. I downloaded another one and it worked.
