Flux cp error

I tried everything and try to find every forums. I cannot find a single thing about this issue

please help.

where did you downloaded this fluxcp? and about the second error it states that it requires a greater version of mysql to run

I think I believe it was one of your links in previous comments about you saying the same comment and leaving a download link.

and my mysql is 5.7.
