FluxCP Error 161 Connection Timed Out

Hello, i'm using rAthena emulator and i have fluxcp for it. The problem is that it doesn't display the page and just throws an error, here is the pic.

it's been like a week or so that my servers website is down, and players already leave and it's so lonely there (yeah, ded )´:   ) but i still want it. I have tryied to solve this but i can't, even googled it and didn't fund something that helps at all.

This problem started when my vps service hosting got DDOS attacked (their budgets/vps, not my specific server). Since then, the page just doesn't show properly.

I already asked in rathena but they won't help me at all, i guess they are busy or something, however it's been a while since i posted the problem.

I hope someone here may help me, please )´:

To check error occurred ,you can enabled debug mode on application.php  and set it to "true"

and set true on error/php on showexceptions in able you to check or diagnose what the caused of errors. and don't forget also your user credentials on your server config "server.php" to configure it properly. if you need help just let me know.

hello i did change  the debugmode to true but the other file i can't find it, where i have to change showexception to true too

also the same error arppears, now the server is on but the page still the same ):

Hello, thank you so much for repply, it finally works.

My web page hosting provider had the ports blocked and the ip of my sql too

they made a backup of the 29 of dec. and then they just opened the port 3308

and everything went fine

the vps provider helped me too telling me the ports and the ip

i really apreciate that at least some members and staff members readed my post (sorry my english)
