wow this host very helpful he do everything in my server side he use remote access to my desktop to back up all i needs even it takes an hour. i really suggest this host to you guys very fast reply very fast support and very professional i just started here but all i can say right now i rate this 9/10 since the 1 point i will observe to my server smoothness and lag free

I will definitely say Pony-VPS comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'm not very sure if Pony-VPS has more than one personnel handling cases/requests; I have been warmly acquainted with Jemell of Pony-VPS.

He has been there throughout the whole process, from the initial stage of pre-sales (package enquiry, payment information, etc.) right up to setting up the server on the VPS clean, and even to the extent of ensuring that your server runs, even though you messed it up.

I regret that I didn't turn to Pony-VPS first, I went to another Hosting provider, which was also advertised on Herc.ws. If only I had turned to Pony-VPS first, I would have saved much money, time, and of course, getting my server run EXACTLY the way I wanted it to be.

Thumbs up for Pony-VPS for the wonderful support and service given!!!

Added info: I signed their "[RO]eVPS1024" package, and the best part was, before signing, you actually get to test a server, which runs on a similar hosting. I liked it, total transparency.

I recommend VPS-Pony, currently subscribed to their eVPS512 Light of Midgard Ragnarok Online owner <- not yet released though, still on closed beta.

I'm a newbie developer and i started developing my own server last december 14, 2015.

The good thing about this host is they answer all my questions. regarding RO basic script editing/putty/WinSCP/phpmyAdmin and even helped me when i screwed my server files and though i am quite annoying sometimes, they patiently reply
