[FREE SETUP] RAGNAROK VPS/Server Hosting with DDOS PROTECTION

i really dont want to write any comment for PonyVPS but I am starting to experience an issue with this provider, Yes at first they will really going to assist you but now when I need them they're not responding to the tickets I submitted.

My dev cant finish the one he is doing to Flux because the website keeps on giving us error 502 which means theres an issue with the webhost. I tried to call and text JMariano but he is not responding, not even one text or call i didn't received anything from him. I started to report this kind of issue in the morning but still it was not resolve. the website sometimes will work but after a couple of hours or minutes the same issue will occur again.

I am starting to believe that the bad comments to this provider is true because I myself is starting to experience it as well.

JMariano or PonyVPS, if you think that you are really a good provider, I suggest that please give us importance. We value our time and money. You should take care of our concerns and issue ASAP because we are your customers and we are paying YOU for the service that we purchase from you.

this is quite untrue.. the last EMAIL u send to us via ticket is 12/04/2016...

yes.. this is true.. but the web-server is now should work fine... we need to migrate to another webserver due to .. the old cpanel runs on old platform.. the new one runs on cloudlinux with other security patches that we need..

we do our best to be a good provider.. but yes, sometimes its not always perfect to run online network.. so please do understand..

and still. we thank u for giving us your comment.. this will make us improve our services.

 
the last ticket i submitted is this month (June) which is requesting for a clean grf without any customs. but anyways, everything is working now. but please next time if you are going to do something on your end specially in webserver please let us know.

Just sub with this services yesterday. its been 29hours now

received atm is cpanel acc and the lite patcher

im still waiting for the rest of the service

the problem u have is because you need, to follow our guide for HERCULES SVN, needs this command of recompiling

make clean && make all

due, to you have a plugins. to make your emulator work again.
