Ghost MvPs/formless

Alright, so having a little problem here, don't know where this should go, no error log or anything like that. Basically cart cannon of the Genetic skill tree gets constant misses from ghost mvps, and they are more harder to hit than normal. Missing about 75% to 100% to all skills what is the reason for this?

Ghost are resistents for neutral (a level 3 ghost do not recieve neutral damage).

Notes

• Defense values are not applied to this skill in the same way as they are applied to other skills. It appears that Hard Defense is subtracted off the final damage value instead of reducing damage by a percent.
• When using a Neutral property Cannon Ball, the damage is *Pseudo-elemental.

*Pseudo-Elemental Means Even if elemental, Ghost Property treats damage as Neutral.

The only Way to hit a ghost monster with the Cart Cannon is Using a Ghost Cannon Ball (because ammo element inflict effect on them)
