Git pull problem

Hi there i have old server file (maybe its from may 2016 git version) and i decided to update but when i tried to git pull it says my ".gitignore" needed to be stash. but when i do proceed it ask too many files for example i did not edit on re folder but it ask to stash.

Any solution?
