Gunslinger and Rebel bug in latest emulator

There is a problem in the Gunslinger and Rebel class in general in the latest emulator.  https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules 

1.  Rebel does not level past 99

2.  Rebel active skills are not recognized and always miss.

3.  Rebel supportive skills don't activate and don't give the buffs.

4. The grenade launcher can't be used because it doesn't recognize grenade ammo.

Please check.

since the rebel class skills have not been implemented in Hercules yet, it is a normal behavior that you can't use any of them
