hard delays

hi,

does anyone have a idea how to implement hard delays to prevent abuse with grfs and other modifications?

 
Simply encrypt your sprite grf, make it read at first, disable read data folder first, implement some dll to check hash of data.ini and sprite grf.

This should fix sprite delay.

What you mean by other mod?

i am using harmony there are enough ways to speed up and do other s***... thats why im asking for serverside hard delays
