help about adding char sprites

Hi, please can anyone guide me how to add job class sprite..... i found a hokage sprite on download section but i have no idea how to add it... please help me step by step.... thanks ill be greatly appreciated.

You need to replace a original one (like the GM Sprite) or try to use the custom job patch (here somewere exists a download link with tutorial)
