Help about Tokei's grf encryption

I encrypted a test grf, suddenly when running my client it says "change directory blah blah".

It was all good prior encrypting the custom grf.

I'm no expert but did you generate files and put it in your ro folder? ;o

Everything is in my ro folder, I believe it's looking for those lua files inside my encrypted grf.

I finally figured it out, I'm doing the wrong encryption process!

Thank you for giving me that hint  did you generate files and put it in your ro folder?
