Hi all i hope someone can help..
How can i change the fixed casting time to only work for third class skills only?
OR how can i make transcendent jobs with 150 dex to have instant casting skills while 3rd classes needs 175 dex to make Trans Skills instant cast? Only trans job skills can have instant casting.
150 dex = Instant cast All non 3rd class skills ( trans class )
175 dex = Instant cast All non 3rd class skills ( 3rd class )
w/o dissabling renewal cast
